Internet Pricing
What does the law say about pricing on the internet? I know that if at a store, if a product price is mismarked on the shelf, they have to sell it to you at that price. If a product on a website is marked lower than the actual price, do they have to sell the product to you at that price or are they protected in some form to keep that from happening?

I would think the basic rule should apply to the internet as well. We also have deceptive trade practices acts as well. However, it can be difficult to bring foreign businesses into a local court. First, they must have certain minimum contacts with the state for jurisdiction. Second, especially on small items, it can be more expensive to deal with foreign (non-texas) companies with respect to litigation.
