Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Internet Purchase
I purchased a pair size 10 shoes from and internet company. They sent me a size 44 (eur) shoes. Which on a conversion chart is a size 10 1/2. They are huge.
In their size selection 10 1/2 was not even an option.
I can not get the company to send me the correct size or refund my money. What recourse do I have?

Re: Internet Purchase
Write them a letter with a deadline for the refund, and postage prepaid shipping to return the shoes. If you don't get a response within the alloted time, sue them JP court.
