Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

internet unauthorized billing

i am an internet customer with aol. i have someone else reconsile my bank statements and i have just been reviewing them and i see that aol has opened up three new accounts without my approval. the amount is 29.80 each month, four times and i do not have this many accounts and nor did i ever approve such a crazy thing. i need to know if there is a law that protects me against this and if i have any recourse in getting my money back.
