Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Land and House reposession
I have land, my aunt put a mobile home on the land and she did not pay. In March they gave her a 48 hour notice to vacate the home she did so. Now it is October and the mobile home is still on my property, taxes are comeing due and since it is my land do i have any rights to get compensation for the land taxes or the use of the land because the company failed to come and pick up the house.

Re: Land and House reposession
You have a right to a portion of the taxes that can be attributed to the mobile home. You can also let the owner of the mobile home know that it's on your property, you want it removed, and if it's left there, you will charge storage fees.
