Latex finger glove found in refried beans
While eating takeout from an established mexican resturant, I found a latex finger glove in the refried beans. I experienced extreme discomfort after identifing what it was. Is there any legal action I may take to help prevent this from happen again?

You should speak with a local attorney in Houston. Did you report it to the manager? If so, what was his demeanor? Were there any witnesses? Did you keep the glove fragment?

You should speak with a local personal injury attorney.
Usually a lawsuit, or the threat of one, makes the management pay a bit more attention to hygiene. Understand that there are no guarantees that it would not happen again.
