Can poor fuel mieage be proven in court in a reliable way as to win a Lemon Law case?

Poor fuel mileage is not a ground for proving a car a lemon. Technically, you cannot use the lemon law statute as grounds for a lawsuit - it is an administrative remedy. Also, it only applies to new cars.
