Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
The lemon law
Even though there is a sold as is law, what is it actually the law if you only had that car for 4 days and the dealership didn't explain to you after asking them numerous of questions if what was wrong with it they just refuse to tell the truth about it. Do the dealership have a certain amount of days to fix the problems or they don't have to?

The Lemon Law only applies to new car sales. "As is" applies to used car sales. If you asked a specific question and they you a false answer, they may be liable. Keep in mind that you have the burden of proof in a swearing match.
If the issue is less than $5,000, you can go after the dealership in Small Claims where the rules of evidence don't apply.
