Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
lien
I had a transmission shop try to repair my truck transmission. They will not fix the wires that they broke. I will not pay until fixed. They are now filing a lien to sale my truck. Do I have any recourse. They have done this to other customers. Is this a action than can be taken to district attorney.

Re: lien
DA's prosecute criminal charges. It's not a crime to file a lien. Do you think the TV stations would be interested?
