Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I got a loan from a company and put it in my bank I had to wait the 7 days for it to post. When I posted I pulled money out and then the check did not clear. I have tried pay for it but things have gotten in my way for paying them. They sent it to a lawyer and they asked for thousands of dollars up front. I have paided it down the last time I talked to them they wanted $4000.00 which I could not get not they are asking for the full amount which i do not have. what can they do as far as judgements( wage, bank acct, etc)

Who is "they?" The lender? The bank? You need to clarify this.

the lender has to sue you, get a judgment and hope you have some non exempt assets for them to seize..apparently you don't have nonexempt assets
