Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
if i was locked out of my place of business for non payment..an i have furniture in space that i was doing work on ,,an customer is asking me for his furniture ,,is there anything the customer or i can do ,,to retrieve customers furniture,while i try to raise money to pay rent..

Yes, but it will require a lawsuit. Your customer (the one who owns the furniture) should join you in the lawsuit. You'll need to hire a lawyer.
