Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
My mail is delivered to my neighbors
My postal mail is often delivered to a neighbor with a similar address (same number, different street). This neighbor is kind enough to bring my mail to the door whenever he can, but he's often out of town and I sometimes have to wait for weeks to get my mail. This is a real problem when, for instance, I receive bills after the due dates. I complained to the post office twice, but the situation remains the same. The postman keeps delivering the mail to the wrong person. What can I do?

You need to put your complaint in writing to your local postmaster, cc to the area postmaster, and possibly to the Postal Inspector.
