misrepresentation of condition of used vehicle
i bought a used vehicle from a party that guaranteed in writing that it had 20,000 miles on a new engine and that it was one owner, both were untrue. how do i get my money back

You'll have to sue them. However that won't guarantee you'll get your money back. Getting the judgment that, as a matter of law, they owe you money only gives you the opportunity to try and collect it.
