Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

i bought this home about 1 1/2 years ago. there are things wrong with it .they told me when i got it things would be repaired only the minor things have been addressed.it has been 6 months sence they were last here i havent heard from them sense.i would like to know if it is possible to make them just buy it back thank you

You can't get them to buy it back. All you can do is pay for the needed repairs and sue them for the cost, if they won't take care of warranty work.
