Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Co. took my my money
I paid a company money for services the Company had a bonding Ins Co. the Co. I paid the money took my money and went out of business the next month. The bonding Co. states they do not have to pay me anything until I get a judgment on 1st co. but I have no one that can be served due them going out of business. It was a con job. I'm in Tx bond co. is in Wis. is there any form that can help me and what are my rights to sue bond co.

You sue both the defunct company and the bonding company. Get a lawyer, since this is really not something you want to do pro se.

Mr. Bradie is exactly right on both points. You're lawyer may be able to get them both into court in TX for you, and you probably wouldn't know the first thing about setting that up.
