Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Money Refund
Hi my name is--name removed--from Texas and I recently bounty a pinball gun at ebay form a store in California and I want to return the gum but they wont give me my money back. My question is, is there a law in Texas or California that requires sellers to give your money back under a certain period of time? Even if the item has been opened?

Re: Money Refund
No, unless the goods delivered were not the same as the goods sold; i.e. I ordered a .45 and they sent me a BB gun. You must reject the improper goods as soon as you've had an opportunity to inspect the goods, otherwise the goods are considered as accepted.
