Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Mortgage question
Our Mortgage company has never provided us with monthly statements or end of the year interest statements. Have requested this over 50 times in 4 years. Arent they required by law to provide this to us?

Re: Mortgage question
They are required to provide a year-end summary of interest paid, escrow disbursements, etc. They are not required to provide monthly statements.
