Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
motorclyce was left at gulf coast cylces shop, it burn down, no evidence that my bike was there, but
the place was insured. Now that the place was burn down, there is a sign that says not responsible
for any bike that was there. it was said to have been an arson. my bike was a 91 yamaha ventura.
could you give me some direction in which i can take. I have the receipt from the owner.

Sue him. He's liable, regardless of what kind of ridiculous sign he puts up.
One can't limit his liability by putting up a sign that says, in effect, "The law doesn't apply to me."
The legal theory is called BAILMENT. You are the bailor, and he is the bailee.
