Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
motorcycle repair shop
my motorcycle has been in a shop for 4 months and i have paid $1100 so far . just picked the bike up today and it is not fixed. and the owner knew that the bike was not fixed. i have taken it to a certified Kawasaki dealer now to diagnosis the problem. where do i go from here i fell i should sue in small claims?
