Neglected Bill
Are we responsible for bills from four years ago, that a health care company did not send to us until today?

There is a four year statute of limitations for suit on a debt in Texas. So, you may not legally have to pay the bill. However, it may be reported on your credit report for seven years from the date of last activity.
