Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Non-profit grant proposal
About two months ago, I paid a fee of $325.00 to a grant writer (referred to me) to prepare a grant proposal. Not only was the proposal not written, he did not return my fee and refuses to answer any phone calls, although no agreements were signed, I do have copies of the personal cashed checks. What can I possibly do in order to receive my money back?
