Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Would I be Obligated?
I reently bouht a cell phone a first time buyer.My cell phone was stolen within one month and I am still recieving bills after reporting my phone stolen my phone also just had recently been turned off because I exceeded my day minutes I haqven't had usage of the phine since January 17, and it is now March. The question is am I obligated to pay this bill if I reported my phone stolen and my service was already diconnected.

Whether or not your obligated will depend on terms of the service agreement that you agreed to when you signed up for service. Read your service agreement. If your still not sure, pose your question again
