Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Obtain Access to Recorded Phone Call
A major insurance company recorded a recent telephone conversation I had with their customer service department. A dispute regarding a claim has come up and the truth and accuracy of what was said in that recorded conversation could be very helpful in resolving the dispute. Do I have any grounds to demand access to the recorded conversation, i.e., to be able to listen to it?
Thank you.
