offensive ringtone
I bought a brandnew tmobile dash smartphone,their is a very offensive ringtone that came standard on the phone.the ringtone name is called Trailer the ringtone itself has a african american male telling a caucasian female ''how you like this n*gga d*ck'' ''whatwould your daddysay if you got caught f*cking a mother f*cking n*gga.there are also females making orgasm noises in the background.is there anything I can legally do to stop this. remember its not a ringtone that I downloaded .

I would recommend just taking it back to the store and asking for a different phone or a different ringtone. Surely your phone has more than one ringtone, right?
