Ownership of motorcycle
purchased a street bike, had a wreck, went to pick it up at the wrecker service and was told that the vin number did not match the bikes vin number. contacted the dealership and they said they had wrote the wrong vin number on all the paperwork. The vin number on the title does not match the bike that was wrecked. Does the dealership on the wrecked bike and who is responsible for the damages.

Contact the dealer again, verbally and in writing. Advise them that they have x number of days to correct this issue, and to reimburse you the cost of storage fees (which the tow service is going to charge you). If they don't correct it satisfactorily, sue them in JP court, and report them to the dealership section of the DOT.
