Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Paid for Service Contract - not delivered
I purchased a used car from a dealership 2 years ago. As part of the financing package, I purchased a service contract for more than $1,000. The amount was rolled into the loan. I recently needed service on the car that should have been covered by the service contract, however the dealer now says that the contract was never put into force. The finance company confirms that the funds were paid for the service contract.
What can I do?

Sue the dealer and finance company for conversion and breach of contract.
