Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
down payment refund on a contract
i made a $13,500.00 deposit on a medical camera. I changed my mind
and would like them to return my deposit. They wanted $65,000.00 at first so they would have the money to purchase it. I refused. I am not comfortable with this company now. What can I do?
