legal ways to stop harassing phone calls that habg up when you answer and recall your number repeatedly during the day/night.

If you don't have caller i.d., go to your District Attorney's Intake Office and file a complaint. They'll have the phone company put a 'trap' on the line so they can determine who is harassing you. A phone call from the D.A. will put a stop to it.
If you have caller i.d., go to the Intake Office and file a specific complaint against that number.
