Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Poor quality of roof work
Some decking and all shingles replaced 11/98. Currently decking is weak, shingles appear in good condition. Roofer went out of business three years ago. Material has 20 yr and labor 3 yr warranty. What can I do?

Whose name is on the warranty? If it's the installer, you're out of luck. If it is the material company, present your claim under the warranty to them.
