Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
When you take possession of an auto but must meet conditions (income verification & references) and fail to meet the conditions and return the auto within 3 days has the sale been completed.? How does the lender complete the transction without the conditions being met? CAn I recover my downpayment?

Sounds like a failure of consideration (thus no contract).
Read the contract you signed, and see if it says anything about the down payment.
Send a nice letter (paper letter - no phone calls, texts, or emails) to the lender and ask that your down payment be returned within ten days. Give them your mailing address. Wait ten days. Then sue them.
