You should contact and retain an attorney to assist you. Depending upon the POA's terms, there may be multiple avenues of pursuing your aunt and possibly making your aunt liable for the home loans. If my law firm can assist you, please contact my office manager Mr. Ed Smith ([email protected]).

Your mother can revoke those POAs and if competent give someone else the POA. The lenders and others may be protected, but any lawyer you contact who is experienced could give you a fair fee to rectify the problems. Our firm has recently done so for a family in strife.
