Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Privacy violation

On two occassions my bank released copies of two of my personnal bank statements to an ex-husband who I am in civil litigation with (I am the plantiff)and a law firm who does real esates closures for the bank. The executive VP who ok'ed the releases stated "it was an unfortunate mistake" , "but Bruce gave you that money, he has a right to know where it went". This was done without a supeona! Previously I suspected them giving my ex info, thus I put a password on my accounts. I found out, the same brach responsible for releasing the info, never followed through with posting the password. Thus he has and access for the past year or so. Furthermore, I was also told by the same VP, "as long as you bank in this town, your privacy can't be promised". Every attorney I have talked with says I have a civil case (including the D.A.), however, every attorney also has a conflict of interest! When I win this lawsuit there is a good chance a lien will be put on properties worth approx. 450,000. This same bank is holding a lien for approx. 225.000. My suit is worth approx. 90,000-100,000. They have an interest in *not sharing*, if my ex defaults on his loan.
