Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
private school contract
We signed a contract to pay for a full school year. Conditions deteriorated there and were harmful to our child so he was withdrawn from school. They sent letter @ the time threatening legal action. We sent letter with data from psychologist. There was no further communication until now, 9 months later they threaten legal action again. We moved and I don't think I have the many emails that described problems.

Re: private school contract
Not sure what you are asking, however, it is possible that they will sue you on the contract. You need to be prepared with documentation that they breached the contract by failing to provide the service in the contract -- i.e. a safe education.
