Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
private student loan
I got a private student loan and the school I got it for closed down so I never finished but I still have to pay for the student loan. How can I get out of paying for the loan or what can I do?

Re: private student loan
Sorry, but you're locked into that student loan. Unless you could prove a close relationship between the school and the lender where there was a conspiracy to entrap people into loans and then shut down the school.

Mr. Bradie is correct. You are stuck. Find out if any other schools will credit you for part of the tuition.
