Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Problems with Used Car Dealership
I recently purchased a used 2002 Vue from a dealer in Waco, TX. As part of my contract I was required to have a GPS tracking unit installed by the dealer. After they installed it, my vehicle began to malfunction due to the improper installation. Since March 2008 my car has been to the dealer and a Saturn dealership to be repaired 7 times. The problem has still not been resolved. Is there anything I can do? I hate paying for a car I can't drive. Thanks.

Visit the Texas Attorney General website and review their documents on vehicle lemon laws. Determine if you qualify under those guidelines and contact an attorney to pursue your claim.
