puc wrongful billing

stream energy transfered monies to my account in may of this year that i did not owe i call them in may to inform them they presisted thru numerous calls between may and august runing up a extreme large cell phone bill.in august i contacted the puc i just rec.there finding where stream energy tranfered the amount to the wrong account.during the time we spoke to stream and told them we did not owe the bill they threaten us with turn off our light service.i have about three disconnect notices.now today i get a bill from stream charge me a late charge on the monies i don't owe.they have put so much stress on me i don't what do.i call stream and they like it my fault do i have any legal justification please help

Write them another letter with a copy of the PUC finding, disputing late charges on monies you never owed. Copy it to the PUC>
