Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Purchase of Used Boat
We recently purchased a used 2005 boat from an indivdiual who advertised in EXCELLENT CONDITION. The boat was very clean and appeared in good shape. Since bring it home with found out the trailer lights didnt work, the running lights didnt work etc and now wondering what all else is wrong. Do we have any legal recourse with this individual since he advertised in Excellent Condition.

Not really. There's no clear definition for "excellent", and when you buy something used, you buy it as is with all faults.
