Purchase of furniture
What would you do if you bought furniture from a retailer, and the furniture was not shipped because it turned out the retailer was in arrears with its furniture manufacturer and the manufacturer was refusing to fill any orders from the retailer until the manufacturer was paid.

If they won't return your money, you will have to sue them.
