Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Purchase new vehicle
We wen to a local dealer and purchased a new car we left it to be detailed and turns out they repainted the vehicle they claim th car had delivery damage to it and thats why it had to be repainted we believe that since that was done it no longer is a factory paint and are afraid we are going to have issues with the car down the line we have not taken delivery of the car but,now we do not want a repainted car please give us advice on how to handle this matter

If the delivery damage was not disclosed to you, you can cancel the sale. They won't like that and will do anything and tell you anything so you won't do that. If you had a trade-in, it may be gone or they will make you think it is. You may need a lawyer immediately. Good Luck.
