Purchased Food
Purchased a can of bean dip and it has magots in it. Would this be benificail to file law suit?

Lawsuits are effective when somebody loses something of significant dollar value, i.e. a life, a limb or the ability to ambulate. Loss of a can of bean dip probably does not qualify. I doubt that even if you lost the taste for bean dip, it would not be a significant loss.
