Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I purchased a timeshare from someone and it has been 5 months and I was promised it in 8 weeks they keep putting me off anf putting me off saying there is problems with the paperwork! I don't know what to do except this, I have paid them 5k dollars for it and have not recieved anything I have gotten paper work from but nothing else and I have done business with this person before and I got what I paid for but not this time. What fo I do ?

Send him a demand letter alleging deceptive trade practices; demand the refund of your money. If you don't get it back (give him a time deadline), sue him.
