Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I purchased a 2005 Toyota from the Toyota dealership. I also purchased a 50000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. They told me it was covered the minute I drove it off the lot. The warranty states the same. 2 months later I find out the engine is bad but the warranty company sais it's preexisting and the dealership is liable. The dealership doesn't want to fix the car. They want me to buy another vehicle. Do they have to fix the vehicle by law. Thanks

You need to have this warranty looked at by a good lawyer. You probably have a lawsuit under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
