Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I purchased a used vehicle for 14,900 with my trade in valued at 9,000. the next day after I purchased my vehicle, I saw my new car advertised in the online edition of the local news paper for 12,500. This advertisement was for my car and it included my new car's VIN # and the add belonged to the same dealership from whom i bought the car. Do I have any rights in claiming the diference in price to the lowest advertised online which i had not seen before?
Please help.
TJ.

Probably not able to get the lower price, but it may be that the Dealership has committed a "deceptive trade practice".
I'd like to have a brief free consultation with you, was the ad running before or after you purchased the vehicle?
