Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I put down $4000 on a used car at a dealership and low and behold a few weeks later it was taken away from me because it was a drug seized car. What are my option? Now I'm out $4000 and a car.

Ask the dealership (send a paper letter - stop using the telephone) to refund your money.
Give them a time deadline. Make sure they have your address.
When they don't refund your money (and they won't), sue them.
