Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I have received the second letter from a law firm to collect on a debt that I have never missed a payment on. I sent a certified letter, return receipt requested, which the firm refused. Now I have received the second demand letter. What do I do now?

Ignore these jerks. Keep their letters, but don't respond in any way.
My guess is that the law firm is out of state. This means that they won't ever sue you; they're just going to keep writing letters to try to scare money out of you.
Ignore them.
