Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I recently purchased a vehicle from a dealership. I traded in my car with a clear title however the car I purchased still had a lien on it which is keeping me from getting the title. What are my options?

If you paid for the car you bought and do not owe anything, the dealership must provide you with a good clear title. If they do not, you would have a cause of action against the dealership.
