Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
We recently sold our boat, before selling our boat we were up front and honest with the buyers about previous work that had been done to the boat. We even supplied them with paperwork from our insurance company, and the name and number from the shop who did the repairs. We took them out on a 2 1/2 hour ride, and even let them drive the boat. They were thrilled, they loved it and bought it. The buyer even typed up the bill of sale which clearly states as is no warranty. Now 2 weeks later they are claiming to be having problems with the boat that we never experienced. They are calling and emailing harrasing us as if we are responsible for the repairs. Are we responsible or can they take us to small claims court?

No, you are not responsible for the repairs. If they make demands on you, just say no.
