Recission period for used cars in TX
Is there a recission period for used car purchases in TX? What grounds are necessary to facilitate the return of the vehicle to the dealership? Thanks much!

Re: Recission period for used cars in TX
There is no recission period for buyer's remorse. That's a popular, but incorrect, urban myth.
The only grounds for recission is fraud in the inducement. There the fraud has to be material, deliberate, and the sale would not have been made but for the fraud. Very difficult to prove.
