Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Refund of service which is not rendred yet
I bought a termite control service contract from one small store in Texas. Next day I tried to cancel it but they are saying it was final sale which I didn't know but they have written it in store. I haven't signed any contract except master card receit. No written warranties given to me and Services are not rendered yet. Is there any law in Texas which can help me here ? Because I want to go with more reputable and trustworthy company in this business and also better price.

You are probably restricted to this agreement, however, you can contact the credit card company and dispute the debt. They might find in your favor. Doing so, does not prevent the termite company from suing you.
