Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
What remedy do I have. I acted as an agent for a company and got a contract on their behalf wich they are performing right now.the problem is that there is no document showing the agency relationship and they have now refused to pay me my agent fees for having got the contract for them

Sue them. There's a misunderstanding that "contract" means "a piece of paper." This is false. If you made an agency agreement, you have a contract. Sue the bastards.
