Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
repo !
what is the worst situation that can happen; go to jail , garnish wages .
If I don't pay the excess amount after my repo has been auctioned .
the balance that is left over what can they do to me besides it staying on credit !

You cannot be jailed for not paying a debt. Nor can wages by garnished in Texas. You can be sued and/or it can stay on your credit. If they sue you and obtain a judgment, they may garnish a bank account.
